Allstar Pool & Spa

We did deliver a spa to this customer but no gate damage was caused by ALLSTAR Pool & Spa. Installation was also completed as instructed and promised.We have spoken with both you and your husband thru voicemail and on the phone directly and you have both been asked by 3 different employees at our business to share the video you state you have of this incident. To this date you have not done so. We take all claims such as this very seriously. Even without you providing the video you claim exists showing this incident we have been back on site to inspect and have taken pictures of your gate. It is completely rotted thru. The hinge is not damaged in any way but the wood is falling apart from the top of your fence panel to the bottom. As to the comment regarding installation, your tub was delivered as requested but we do not hook up electrical. You were advised this at the point of sale where you also signed acknowledgment of that.
