I think some of their processes should be reevaluated! My 6 yo daughter went in for an MRI, they require sedation for this procedure because the machine makes loud noises where they THINK a child can't sit through! As we ALL know small children already dont like needles! So when it was time to attempt to put the IV in my daughters hand they were unable to get it in a vein and tried the other hand, so after about 20 minutes of trying to force the needle she began flinching and crying. After seeing her in pain , her mother told them to stop. After all of the traumatization of trying to force the needle in my daughter's hand , they gave us the option of trying it without her being sedated! They gave her ear plugs and a headset to watch a movie during the MRI. And my daughter DID NOT MOVE!! She actually fell asleep on her own! SO MY SUGGESTION IS GIVE PARENTS THE OPTION OR AT LEAST TRY IT WITHOUT SEDATING FIRST!!!

Be prepared to wait 3-4 hours just to get your procedure done.

I visited to have lab work done for my 1 year old this morning. This was my first time here. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The guy sitting at the information table was very helpful with directing me to the correct area. The lady in registration was warm and welcoming during the check in process. The lady and guy in the lab were OUTSTANDING and went the extra mile to make sure my little one was comfortable and taken care of including me when I started to tear up. Kudos to the entire staff!! Im one satisfied mama!

The ladies at the front desk were talking badly about patients and their parents and how they didn't like them so they can wait to be seen. A lady told one of them not to even check them in for a while. Very unprofessional. Then they want you to use a portal for your results and I can't get it to work. When I call up there to ask about receiving a phone call with results the lady tells me she can't help me. I will never take my child back to a place that's this sorry.

My son had his tonsils and adenoids out and the whole staff was so amazing! they are all so accommodating and sweet! couldnt have asked for anyone better!
