Medplex Outpatient Surgery Center

I just had a terrible experience at Medplex after an ablation. Obviously had a reaction to something and was hysterical. I got no sympathy and was talked to harshly. They couldnt get me out of their office fast enough. I do not recommend.

I have had two procedures here about 10 years apart and had a great experience both times. Most recent was 8/19/2022. The nursing and front office staff were kind and beyond helpful. Facility is clean and well run.

I had achilles surgery yesterday at Medplex and could not have been more impressed. From the check in, to the nursing staff, the anesthesia team, and the surgeon, I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming. Being in the anesthesia field my self, I was super nervous about the whole surgery process. The staff understands your anxiety about whats to come and ensures they do everything they can to help you through it. Dr. Krauss had wonderful bed side manner. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who wants to experience top notch care and a warm welcome.
