This company needs to be investigated for their unethical and illegal practices. They sell you a false service by saying you can do your own billing however they will sabotage all your billing/claims, when you ask questions they will give you the run around and lie to you on how to fix something wasting even more of your time. The support staff dont seem to know how to even use their platform, resulting in even more confusion and frustration. Then require you to create support tickets for any small task such as deleting a payment, then they will not respond for days/weeks & then basically pressure you into paying more money to sign up to use their billing service. Steer clear of Therapy Brands products especially Procentive and BillCare! Worst EHR company ever!

Avoid. Within the last year they have moved to a model of servicing that results in very little communication and AR often being left untouched for weeks or months at a time. At time of writing about 1/3 tickets is ever responded to.

Absolutely useless! The website is constantly not working or extremely slow. Overpriced and when you ask for a discount due their service not being available (but paid for) their customer support is completely ignoring your messages. Put your money somewhere else, to a company that is more reliable and values their client.
