        No one answers and I was referred here after screening this is a disgrace you guys should be answering the phn at the very least

        A lot of organizations give out this referral for help with utility assistance or rental assistance. But the phone number that they give you no one never answers that phone regardless if you call at 8:30 in the morning on Monday morning or 9:30 Tuesday morning. I even reached out to someone through email it went absolutely nowhere she just cut all communications off with me. If they're not in a business of helping people right now then they need to say that put it on their website or just simply say they're not taking new applicants. Basically at the end of the day don't waste your time calling them they will not answer
