I wish I could leave no stars. Martin is dishonest and takes advantage of people. I gave him $10k and never showed what he did for us. Such a shame that these people will say anything to get your money but will not show up.

I am absolutely grateful that after being denied for my disability I was put in contact with Martin Wienburg. He has been the best attorney I have used or have dealt with for anything. I wish I had known about him long before now. When you contact the office you WILL RECEIVE A CALL BACK AND IT WILL BE QUICK IF HE IS NOT ABLE TO ANSWER. I have used attorneys in the past that you may be lucky to hear from in days and have call numerous times. LORI WILLIAMS HIS PARRALEGAL IS AWESOME. SOMETIMES I FORGET SHE IS WITH MY ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND NOT JUST A FRIEND. LOL..SHE IS AMAZING FRIENDLY AND VERY STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. SHE HAS NEVER NOT CALLED ME BACK WITH IN USUALLY MINUTES. I HAVE A VERY BAD MEMORY AND SHE DOESN'T GET AGREVATED OR FRUSTRATED WITH ME WHEN I FORGET AND HAVE TO HAVE HELP UNDERSTANDING THINGS. SHE HAS BEEN WITH ME FROM DAY ONE. SHE HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME MORE THAN EVEN FRIENDS HAVE. LORI HAS HELPED ME WITH ANY QUESTION I HAVE HAD. SINCE MY CASE HAS BEEN APROVED SHE HAS MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON AND THAT I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND MY PAPERWORK. WHICH MOST OF I DO NOT. MY NEUROLOGIST AFTER SPEAKING WITH COMPLEMENTED ON HOW LUCKY I WAS TO HAVE HER ON MY SIDE. THE LAST ATTORNEY I USED I MAY HAVE TALKED WITH 6 OR 7 TIMES IN LIKE TWO YEARS OTHER THAN TO CALL AND ASK IF THEY HAD HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT A HEARING DATE. I WILL SAY THAT I HAVE REFERRED SEVERAL PEOPLE TO THEM AND I HAVE ADSURED LORI WILLIAMS THAT WHEN ALL OF MY LEGAL ISSUES ARE DONE I TRULY DO HOPE TO STAY FRIENDS WITH HER. BECAUSE, SHE HAS BEEN SUCH A GREAT LEGAL ASSISTANT BUT, SHE HAS ALSO, TRULY BEEN A FRIEND. I RECOMMEND MARTIN WIENBURGS LEGAL SERVICES TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS HELP WITH ANY LEGAL NEEDS

Applied for disability and was turned down 4 times and was dropped by my last attorney siting there was no chance for approval I was given Mr. Weinbergs number who listened to my case and told me he would take the case and fight for my rights. He did exactly that. He took my case to court with the exact same evidence and documentation the other attorneys had. He not only won the case he also got my back pay as well.
