My representative on initial personal inspection was David Dailey. I would highly recommend him as a qualified professional!         Thanks to the oversight of our crew by Brad Shelton and the responsiveness of the Birmingham office general manager, Travis Lloyd, our roof replacement went very smoothly and efficiently. They listened to us and addressed all of our concerns!

        Adam Austin was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. He gave a quick estimate and didn't change the pricing. The team finished the job within a week and I'm loving the peace of mind of having NO ROOF LEAKS!!!

        Hands down the worst experience Ive had with any home repair contractor. We had our roof replaced in the summer of 2022. We were also going to have repairs done to our soffits, as well. The roof replacement was done, but no one ever showed up to repair the soffits, despite us calling repeatedly to get someone out there. Over a year later, we get a letter that were being sent to collections for an unpaid bill, even though the work was never completed. After contacting ARP, they said theyd repair the soffits and we agreed to finish up the bill. Once again, nothing ever got done. A month later they threatened to send us to collections for an unpaid bill, even though the work was still not completed. We agreed to pay for the work that had been done with the understanding that our original contract from OVER A YEAR AGO would be honored for the soffit repair. To no ones surprise, after that bill was paid we have yet to hear anything about the soffit repair. Also, weve already noticed one spot where the roof has leaked, just a year after a full roof replacement. 100% do not recommend working with anyone at this company. Services: Gutter repairs, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation
