Daniel Brewer was great to work with at Complete Roofing. We had tried for years to get a new roof with our insurance company, Allstate, but failed each time. However, with their drone technology, Daniel was able to show concrete proof that we had hail and wind damage. We ended up not having to pay a single dollar because he gave us a voucher for our $500 deductible. The whole process was easy and finished quickly. It only took them one full day to replace our roof plus returning the next day to clean up. The only negative I would give them is feeling harassed to write this review. They have texted, emailed, and called me at least 10 times to do this. I assured them I was happy with their services and would do it when it was convenient for me but the calls continued! Please back off and understand people have family and work responsibilities and can’t prioritize a review over more important matters in life. I’m still giving them a five star review because I had no complaints with their work! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been involved with Complete Roofing for several years now and know their capabilities. The company started in Atlanta Ga. approximately 10 years ago and has grown rapidly based on its reputation of integrity, great customer service and honesty with both the customers and insurance companies. The management and sales teams are top quality, as well as the project managers and crews working for them. They finish the job and make sure the customer is satisfied before they leave. I recommend using Complete Roofing in Birmingham as they see our great city as a great place to continue to grow their company. I have never been disappointed in any business dealing with them.
