I entered into a real estate contract with buyers represented by Sandy Mills. The earnest money was never received. Sandy Mills lied and said my HVAC, roof, hot water heater were no good and needed to be replaced so her buyers could get out of the contract. My home is 11 years old and I have had no problems with any of these systems and had them checked to confirm there was no problem. Sandy Mills refused to provide an inspection report per the contract and sent threatening text messages to my agent to get me to sign a mutual release from the contract. Very unethical & unprofessional.

We brought home $43,000 more by selling our house with Melvin over another realtor.
To start, Melvin and his team brought in more buyers by helping us prep the house with an interior decorator and using a professional photographer for the listing pictures, this led to a bidding war on the house. Melvin negotiated multiple bidders and the house sold for $30,000 over asking, add that to the $13,000 we saved in seller's agent fees and Melvin made us about $43,000.
Initially we were apprehensive about going with List, it seemed too good to be true and we had other realtors tell us negative things about List. In the end, all those things turned out to be false. Melvin and his team were great: they're experienced, professional, punctual, and just good people. I would recommend Melvin to anyone; give him a chance, you won't regret it!
