Adam Mestre and the entire team at MD Realty were wonderful to us. You can ask Adam about all the heart break and gut-wrenching feelings we endured through 2 years of searching. We continued on with Adam and eventually DID find our dream home. The reason why we were able to get it was because of all the lessons we learned along the way from Adam and from losing houses. My favorite thing about Adam is once we let him know what we wanted he was able to walk in a house and know whether or not it was the one for us. I believe we wouldnt have gotten our house without the assistance of Adam or MD Realty and if you need help finding a house they should be on the top of your list. They also treat everyone like family! I could not recommend them more!

WOW! We have bought/renovated/sold several houses over the last decade and she by far provided the best expertise and customer service that we have ever experienced. When I messaged her, she called and chatted on the phone with me for a while about what we were looking for. I have had this kind of conversation with many real estate agents over the years and almost always, it takes a while for them to really get a feel for what we're looking for. There are usually lots of misses before we hit on something. But Debi dialled right into what we were looking for and what was important to us. The very first house she took us to ended up being the one we bought. As we went through the houses together, she made excellent and insightful points about how the house could function for our family. She gave excellent advice without being at all pushy. She somehow finagled getting us a second showing on the house the same day so we could make a final decision. And more than that, she put us in touch with a mortgage agent who gave us a prequalification letter for a physician's loan with great terms at 9PM on a Satuday so we could put an offer in. Not exactly standard banking hours. We would have definitely lost the house without that letter. Having her help us navigate the negotiation process in this hot market was priceless. Her gut instinct was right on. By taking her advice, not only did we win out in a multiple offer situation, but we saved about $10,000 by structuring our offer the way she suggested and not allowing the sellers' agent to strongarm us into taking out our escalation clause. She was a fantastic guide and advocate. For anyone moving to Birmingham, Debi needs to be your first call. From the time I first talked to her to the time we had an accepted offer on the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood (and our preferred area was SMALL) was just over 48 hours. IN THIS MARKET!!!! We really couldn't be more thrilled. We have been watching the market in this neighborhood for almost a year and are in disbelief at how smooth the process was. Our only regret is not calling her sooner.
