        This company rounds up your rent so beware: your lease amount (after being raised for no reason) might differ from your online portal amount. P. S: They also couldn't care less about making minor improvements to your apartment. Will explain later. Don't waste your time.

        Horrible. Horrible. Never rent from their properties. At their Paseo Oeste property in El Paso, TX the staff is VERY rude and have a tendency of screaming at customers, specially the manager and assistant manager. And, they shutdown water weekly. They shut down awater to work on leaks and once the leak is fixed, they forget to open water supply. Therefore, without a need, we were without water for 9+ hours because after fixing leak they forgot to open the supply. Plus the maintenance repair, it was a total of 18+ hours without water. And they refused to find a way to make it up to customers, all they say is "so what! you got water now!" Bybthe way, after 9+ hours of unjustified water shutdown the residents had to call the water company to help because the apartments maintenance didn't want to help. It's easier to report issues to 311, than staff.

      Venuz, I wanted to take the time to respond to your review as well on the management companys page. Our maintenance staff were not the ones making the repairs on the lines. We hired two reputable plumbing companies to do the work on the property where the line had cracked. Once they turned on the water to the line, water was still not flowing so they thought another break had occured. This repair did take several hours and they eventually called El Paso Water for assistance. The valve was on but more repairs were made on the building at that time for the water to be restored.
