Brookwood Baptist Diagnostic Center - Hwy 119

Worst ER experience of my life!!! Nursing staff, especially charge nurse Katy, was extremely rude. Waited 4 hours and was never taken back to a room. Definitely recommend trying other ERs before visiting this one.

I would like to brag on the front desk person Tina Carson. She was so nice and polite and willing to help anyway she could. I had to call back to get a copy of the disk and she was so helpful again. She is a very valuable employee. Thank you for being so helpful and nice!!

I took my son here. With him being on the Autism spectrum and non-verbal going to appointments such as this one can be very stressful. From the receptionist to the tech our experience was exceptional. The tech was very kind and patient. I truly cherish experiences such as this one.

Two of my children and I have never waited long for an x-ray at 119. The staff are so kind, patient, and thorough. Thank you for making a difficult visit so pleasant!

Didnt even have an IV in my arm yet and they were demanding money. My experience there was a complete waste of money..
