There are some pros and cons one pro is I loved my therapist and hated the psychiatrist. They are never on time expect to be there for at least 2 hours tops. They make you pay a fee when you're late but when they are late seeing us we are suppose to just accept it. I fired the psychiatrist assigned to my son. He gave him some medicine without giving him a diagnosis. If you do decide to try to facility out make sure every one is doing there job and make sure it's done correctly. Stay on top of them.

I've been taking my son here since they first opened. At first they were great! But as they got bigger it's gotten so BAD. It's so hard to get anyone to answer the phone. Which becomes a problem when they charge $25 for a no show but you try to call for DAYS to reschedule and nobody picks up the phone. You are here for hours. Sometimes the therapist is late... Sometimes you're watching them talk to each other behind the front desk while you're waiting for them! .One time our therapist was talking to another lady about my son thinking she was his mom! It wasnt until I heard her say his name and the lady said " no my son is ---" that I realized what was going on. This place is a joke for real. I'm actively looking another facility. Seriously don't waste your time.
