        I lived in Avondwell apartments in Birmingham, AL, for two years. During my stay, I experienced nothing but superb service. The maintenance staff was always prompt when I had repairs. The apartment was updated with stainless steel appliances and hardworking floors. The only problem j had was that the space was kind of small for a one bedroom. I felt I needed more room and eventually moved because I was expecting and getting married. The property manager and other staff answered me a timely fashion and was always courteous. I made suggestions about the apartment and the property manager liked my ideas and went a long with them. They installed towels racks in the bathroom which I was pleased about.
