I am just a prospect resident, but Bradford and Harvest have been so helpful, patient, accommodating, and diligent with my apartment search! Their properties are sprinkled around Birmingham and are modern, yet affordable! So far nothing but amazing things to say about this management company, and Im excited to reside in one of their properties!

Chestnut Tree Apartments has been a safe and wonderful place to live. The property manager Diane is so efficient and kind and the maintenance guy Randy is so friendly and quick. I always feel heard, and any questions or issues I have are typically resolved within 12 hours or less! This is a great place to live.

Jonathan from Maintenance department has done an amazing job. His eagerness to wanting to help and take care of the residents here at Uptown Stadium 1 is like no other. His communication allows us to feel as tenants that our needs will be accommodated at all times.

Is there an option for zero stars? After the lack of communication and blatant refusal to address tenant concerns laid out via email, I feel it necessary to express the unprofessionalism displayed by Bradford Kidd and Creed Parker. To be expected when the property managers are basically children. They lie in tenant notices stating a waitlist for units when there are two vacant units sitting for the past two months. I was told rent was fair across the board for all tenants when the price is not the same for every unit citing one bathroom has a bathtub vs a shower. In fact, one of the tenants received a $100 decrease in rent per month because he knows Bradford personally. Greedy and unethical. Too bad people like this are running properties in the ground across Birminghan. If anyone is interested in a one bath $2,100 a month property join the supposed waitlist at Rhodes Park Flats!
