    I wish I could give 0 stars. Vinebrook does not effectively know how to run a property management company. They should invest in training for customer service and property management 101. I have always paid my rent on time until they recently put this bogus charge on my account. They drag their feet to complete work orders and it's like pulling teeth to get someone to contact you back. I have been trying to contact them for 7 straight day, no one has contact me back. Leaving this review is a cry for help. My name is Gloria and I need someone to reach out to me because you all don't respond to the customerservice email.

    Dont rent from this company. Believe every 1 star review! My dad has been experiencing black mold problems for months, and theyve done nothing to solve the problem, but they want rent on time.

    I notified Vinebrook that my mother was in the hospital and the rent would be late while i'm trying to gain access to her money. They issued a notice to pay or vacate. I then spend hours trying to call around frantically to talk to someone so that my mother doesn't lose her home while in the hospital only to not be able to get in contact with anyone. I know that companies are faceless, but the lack of communication, compassion, or the ability to get in contact with an actual human that works for Vinebrook is something I would not want to deal with continually. Yeah we as the little people renting properties don't get much say but if your going to spend a couple thousand dollars monthly for a basic place to live you should spend it somewhere that you can actually get them on the phone.

    This is not a good company to rent from. Don't get tricked and caught in a trap with this company. They are awful. They won't fix anything. My son has been pleading with them to fix a water leak for over 5 months. His water bill has been over $700 a month, which they have gotten a copy of every month. Still haven't made any effort to fix the problem. This is ridiculous and they're trying to hold him in a lease. This is sad. and awful.

    No local number to call and speak with someone. I called customer service only to have them tell me I could leave a message and have someone call me back. Someone called me back 2 days later and I missed the call they didn't even leave a voice-mail and when I attempted to call back I just decided to hang up so I haven't heard back from them. Even when you send emails they send a generic message.
