        Not conscientious in reviewing concerns from people who have used the courses/clubs that they manage. I sent in a heartfelt letter to Matt Hurley, on an important issue with one of their clubs and never got a response. It either means they have no say over the issue in consideration or they just don't care. I'm putting my hope in the fact that it's the first former dynamic.
