We love working with City Paper Company. Outstanding customer service. Using them for our retail packaging and promotional needs has been so nice. Their pricing and quality is always top-notch. I love that I can pick up the phone and speak with my rep, Drew, anytime. He makes things so easy for me!

As a Marketing Director I've been on the receiving end of a million cold calls. The best one I ever got was from Rachael at City Paper. A dropped-off box of donuts and a business card led to a conversation, which led to another, which eventually led to a significant and mutually beneficial business relationship. City Paper has provided a turnkey solution to so many challenges we were facing as a business. They're not only easy to do business with, they're extremely customer-oriented, super helpful and a lot of fun to boot. I wish all our vendors were like City Paper.

City Paper is always on top of what I need! I never have to wait for a quote, and my amazing Account Manager Rachael is super responsive and easy to work with. I can trust City Paper with all my company's needs. Its rare to find a company like City Paper!
