The staff is always polite, helpful and very friendly. They are extremely patient when it comes to the changes and additions that are often requested by families. Their products always arrive on time. We have been using them for about four years and have not been disappointed. The products we have received have been of excellent quality.

Remembrance has been our go-to printing company for some time now. The quality is superior and the customer service is second to none! I love the way they have streamlined the processes for ordering. When I have anything outside of what the standard catalog offers, I can just call an audible to my CSR and she gets me (thank you Michelle for going above and beyond). Whenever there was an issue, Joan jumped right in an did what was necessary to make it right. They dont just understand printing, they understand the sensitive nature that comes along with the industry. Thank you Remembrance for the stellar mark youve made on our business!!!

Been using Remembrance Keepsakes for the last 15 plus years excellent work. Great staff, I have meet most of staff, took a special trip to visit the nice people on the phone who service all of my families, annually. Excellent work on daily basis. Great Job Alexis and crew. Lots of hard work.
