This was the best post office experience Ive ever had. I had to write something as todays visit was outstanding. Usually I find other shipping centers to be a lackluster and frankly rude experience but this usps was friendly, fast, great service with a smile. Thanks mountain Brook usps!

I dont usually review post offices, but I felt the need to rate this one because it was so outstanding. I ship boxes and packages frequently for my friends company from Alabama and Florida, and this is hands down THE BEST post office Ive been to in YEARS. There was no wait when I went on a Monday afternoon. The lady at the counter was super nice, friendly, and helpful. She greeted me with a smile instead of the usual tired face postal workers give. Their customer service is a 10/10. Come here if you want to get away from the stressful environments of other posts offices and want a good experience

Talk about a breath of fresh air! This is hands-down the best post office in the city. The workers here are friendly and dont seem as overwhelmed as other locations, the stamp collection is always full of fun designs to look over and the lines are usually short and work through quickly. If I am even remotely close by and need to go to a post office this is always the location that I am choosing!
