I Googled what local police station was closest to my hotel and after calling the headquarters and no one answering, I called this precinct. The officer that answered heard what I was saying and once I said my location he cut me off and said not their area and quickly rattled off a phone number for the other station to call. Never once did he ask if I was in danger or if I had a serious emergency. He then hung up. So, one star for horrible customer and public service. This happened at 4:30 in the morning and Im not from the area (no southern accent), so you think he may have been a little more police like.

Failing to show up to a call in inexcusable
