Great price & service. Staff is very knowledgible and the pet dogs that are there sometimes knows more about framing than most stores.

One star is too high a rating but I didnt have a lower option. I dropped 4 posters off in early December for framing. Was told it may be February before they were completed. I had no problem with that. I understand Christmas is busy and some materials are hard to get. March rolls around and I havent heard anything so I stop by one day while Im in the area just to check up on the progress. I was told materials were ordered but they were still waiting on a molding. I was told to check back in a week or so. I called back 2 weeks later. Same story. Material still on order. I spoke to the owner and I asked why it was taking so long to get a molding and if it was so hard to get why I hadnt gotten a phone call to maybe go a different route or pick a different molding. I was told Im kinda busy and If I call everyone whos order isnt ready , Id never get off the phone I told him Id just come pick the posters up. When I arrived to pick up the posters I was told I was being rude. Totally unprofessional. Evidently this guy has enough business. Definitely didnt hesitate to be disrespectful to me. Take your prints elsewhere. This guy doesnt have time. But he has plenty of time to get on Facebook and be petty about unsatisfied customers. Dont complain or hell post about you too. SMH
