10/10.. Chris has helped me so much with my knees!!! I went from having constant irritating knee pain to none after a few sessions. Ask him about BFR, it works wonders! His programming has not only helped me stay pain free but helped me hit new goals and PRs at the gym! Go see ya boy Chris at Vulcan!!!

I was experiencing enough neck and shoulder pain that PT was recommended. Several athletes at my gym praised Vulcan Performance and referred me to Chris Temples. I participated in physical therapy sessions twice a week with Chris and every week I got stronger. The amount of time and effort Chris put into every single session with me was incredible. He would always make sure to ask me every session how I felt with movements and my personal workouts so that he could dial in on exactly what needed work. Chris not only made me physically stronger he also made me mentally stronger. He built my confidence back up to trust myself to know when I was ready to start training hard again.

Chris is very through in accessing the problem and designing an exercise routine to resolve any issues you may have. He listens to your input and make adjustments to your benefit. I highly recommend him as your PT.

I had rotator cuff surgery and bicep surgery! Therapy was not helping me at all until I found Clair at Vulcan! Today I am happy to be regaining my strength and living with no pain. I would highly recommend Vulcan. Was great working with me for my specific needs!
