Bert bean is my lawyer from an accident on 3-1-2024 where i was hit head on by a man who ran the light with my whole family in the car . We are still in the process of the injury part due to me not being released yet from the doctors . But the insurance company was trying to say we were at 20% fault for speed when we wasnt speeding cause cops were present it was a school zone and today 4-1-2024 a whole month after my wreck and Mr. Bean manager to argue the fact of the liability of the other driver and got the insurance company to change there verdict today was a massive win and will use him again any day hands down the best firm possible

I started this process Setember 2023 after a hit and run on 280. My attorney contacted me and I felt as if it would be a smooth process. However, it wasn't! I would reach out via the app that I was told to contact her on and wouldn't get a response. I would call and leave voicemails. She also gave me her email to send medical bills to. Never even responded! No returned calls within days at a time! I even brought it to her attention after finally reaching her that I would call or leave messages on the app and get no response. Kelly gave no explanation as to why. After visiting the chiropractor in October I wasn't checked on at all! While in terrible back pain!! Didn't ask me how the process was going or anything. Status was updated I left a 3 as a review and a comment. I was then contacted by Roper to ask me about Kelly. I did let him know that I felt lack of empathy! And lack of communication! After that she did get better. NO ONE should have to go through complaining to get treated better!!! Overall, I give WK firm a 2 out of 10 for service. If possible find another firm! They always get you in the beginning being nice then it changes. Until it's time to pay your 35%. I documented and have proof of no returned phone calls, and messages. Communication should be better especially if the customers/clients are priority! Before posting this I did reach out to Keith via email over a month ago and no response from him. DO NOT DO IT! Go elsewhere especially if you are of color. Stating this based on how I was treated!! If you want to be in pain, not checked on, and ignored I would say go to them!

I feel compelled to issue a cautionary statement regarding engagement with this legal firm that has, unfortunately, not lived up to the standards one would expect from professional legal service providers. this firm demonstrates a lack of proactive engagement, characterized by minimal communication and an apparent disinterest in the expeditious handling of cases entrusted to them. While it is noteworthy that they operate on a contingency fee basismeaning they only receive payment upon the successful resolution of a casethis should not excuse a lackadaisical approach to client interaction and case management. Additionally, it is a matter of concern that, should they decide to terminate their services, the firm fails to furnish clients with copies of the evidence and documentation that have been accumulated during the representation. This practice not only undermines the principles of transparency but also significantly disadvantages clients in their pursuit of justice. Moreover, reports indicate that attempts to reach the firm via telephone or email are routinely disregarded, leaving clients without the necessary support or guidance. This level of service is unacceptable and does not align with the respectful treatment that every individualespecially those who have honorably served our countryrightly deserves. I strongly urge veterans to exercise due diligence when selecting a law firm to represent their interests and to consider the experiences of their peers before committing to a legal partnership. It is paramount that your chosen representatives are not only skilled in their field but also uphold the values of communication, respect, and integrity.
