Monge and Associates were to me, the client, a pleasant caring surprise. Early on the founder of the firm Scott Monge communicated personally and directly with me correcting a glitch. Peter Havas a Managing Partner took his time and patience listening to me. He demonstrated a kindness and caring by immediately and fairly resolving questions I presented. His kindness was what I had hoped for but was concerned I would not receive. Finally, Mina Simmons the case coordinator far exceeded all expectations. For years Mina demonstrated a kindness and concern second to none. In addition to expeditiously returning calls and texts she patiently educated me on various nuances of my case. Her concern for my surgeries and subsequent health updates was well appreciated. Mina is in my opinion the individual every law firm needs but few have. A quick synopsis of Monge and Associates by me an actual client can best be described as a stellar law firm that offered caring, professional, goal oriented, competent and focused representation.
