        I want to warn everyone against using this man to represent you. He was completely unprepared for my husbands case. He did not even know what was in the document my husband signed under his guidance. He told me and my husband that things would be simple to change once they were put to paper. The incompetence was ASTOUNDING. Hes no bulldog and he does not put up any fight whatsoever. The negative ramifications of having his representation are being felt nearly a year later. Look elsewhere for competent representation.

      Mrs. Waldrop,First, for the sake of clarity, our firm has never represented you in any matter or proceeding. Second, the settlement agreement your husband entered into was explained to him thoroughly before he signed it. Due to attorney/client privilege, I cannot go into detail as to why, but it was thoroughly explained to him the potential consequences of going to trial on his matter. Both you and your husband are entitled to express and have opinions as to how his matter ended up. However, there are a significant amount of privileged details missing that lead to how that matter ended up. If Mr. Waldrop wishes to discuss or express any additional opinions concerning that previous matter he is welcome and encouraged to call my office and speak with me anytime.
