This was hands down the most amazing customer service experience Ive ever had in an eye clinic. Brady was more than welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my experience from walking in the door through choosing a pair of glasses that fit my needs perfectly, being versatile in both work and social environments. Brady was also knowledgeable about the biology of ocular health and explained those aspects well which I very much appreciated as well! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

It was my first time at My Eyelab and it was a great experience. The virtual eye exam was interesting & actually easier than I thought. Brady was very helpful when it came time to picking out the correct frames (I got one pair of regular glasses & custom sunglasses) for me. They also have a great selection & are surprisingly affordable! I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs new glasses and/or contacts
