        Pack you lunch. I checked in 15 minutes early as requested. One other person on the list, no one in the waiting room. After being ignored for over 45 minutes, I left. It's an eye exam. They just didn't seem to care that they were keeping me waiting.

        She is NOT vaccinated and asked me and my husband to remove our masks. I've always liked her, but we have a lot of health problems. She didn't respect me enough to at least tell me, I won't ever go there again.

        Ive been looking at which Eyecare to go to in Birmingham and I saw Valleydale had the better reviews so I tried it out. They have the nicest staff! They were all so welcoming. I met Dr. Kirk in the waiting room as she welcomed me and told me it wouldnt be long before someone came to do my exam. I had no idea she was the Dr. herself. The entire staff were so nice to talk to. Dr. Kirk herself was the nicest human I have ever met. You couldnt make her have a bad day. You can tell she loves what she does and cares for her patients. Really made my day being there!
