        This place is just ok at best. If you are having problems, I would highly suggest somewhere else. I like Dr. Francillion pretty good but the staff is awful. No one returns phone calls or seems to care about anything other than your bill. I was very disappointed in my treatment and overall service.

      We cannot address any patient's specific concern on this forum due to the HIPAA privacy regulations, but we welcome any comment from this patient or any other patient about their experience to our managers Lori or John. While our physicians and staff sincerely wish to provide a five-star experience to all our patients, we realize that circumstances, often beyond our control, can prevent this in some cases. We are disappointed when any patient has anything less than a five-star experience, we welcome all comments and commit to take all patient's concerns seriously and address their concerns with respect and dignity.
