        Update to my previous review (below, which was 11 months ago): today, April 28, no one at this branch is answering the phone. My contact there will not reply to my emails. Is this any way to run a business? Not a good place to do business with. People are unprofessional and they dont seem to know what they are doing. Had to wait 40 minutes even though we had an appointment, only to find out we needed additional documents which was never communicated!!! Plenty of other banks to do business with! We are closing our accounts.

        We're ok with PNC, though we were grandfathered in when they acquired BBVA/Compass. Mostly I appreciate that they didn't let my husband leave his debit card behind and chased us out of the building to give it to him. Thanks guys!
