Called my insurance company for a flat tire. They contracted with this company. ETA was 80-110 minutes. At 110 I called to see if lost, and tech was shopping in Walmart. Then he showed up 10 minutes later, and said he couldnt change a tire on a regular stock pick-up truck. He said I would need to get someone else and left.
Not cool.

After getting the run around from a few other locksmiths, these guys came out quick and $100 cheaper. Wish they would have been my first call!

The gentleman who came and helped me get my keys I had locked in my car out could tell that I was in a very big rush. He made sure that he could not only tell me his very accurate timing that he would be there, but also made sure that he got to me as fast as he possibly could. He actually made it to me within about 15 minutes, and could not have been more polite or helpful. He also made sure to give me a receipt and let me know that if I turned it into my insurance company, they might even reimburse me for his services-which I might add we're very fairly priced. I was very very grateful for him!
