I cannot say enough great things about Katie Wallace! It was so easy working with Katie to sell our home. We had a somewhat unique situation for our area that presented a challenge for pricing but Katie put in extra research time to develop a price point and plan that satisfied our needs and made the home attractive. She listened to our input and accommodated our ideas making our effort feel more like a team relationship. Katie remained in close contact with us and using her knowledge and upbeat attitude was able to modify the plan during a challenging period to generate the interest in our home for which we had been hoping. Katie was resourceful, inspiring when needed and motivating when needed. She interpreted the real estate market flow well and provided excellent leadership around keeping our home front-and-center to potential buyers. Katie was just all-around pleasant to work with.
