Great location with a dedicated parking lot in the rear, plenty of tables and space, and incredibly attentive and attentive servers. The food is the usual amazing Surin wuality.! Highly recommend!

I have eaten many times over the years at Surin West and lately every time I ask myself with all the options why would I eat here?. Tonight was no exception. I ordered food through Uber Eats but called the restaurant directly and asked that hot mustard and soy sauce be included. The person that answered was very pleasant but he failed to do what was promised. The next issue was the brown rice that was ordered was just over half full (see pic). I was prepared to throw the whole order (thinking the food had been tampered) but the manager advised that was how the order is made. Frankly that is absurd given you pay extra ! I finally decided to eat the food and it was average at best. I bought a chicken vegetable dish and a soup. Both very blandalmost like food you would get in a school lunchroom. It took a few lessons for me to realize that Surin West is simply average and nothing more. The food tonight cost $42 (more expensive since ordering through Uber) and it was certainly not worth it. No more Surin West for me!
