        Could not talk to anyone to make an appointment for Covid because they continued to try and sell me things instead of making public health the priority! Called 3 times and said no to medical alert, roadside assistance and something for Medicare patients. No matter what option I pressed I could not schedule my test. Even when speaking with a human she would not take no for an answer and schedule my test. I am sick and do not feel like going through this. Should have never happened!
