Outpatient Care Center

Front desk very ugly about co-pay and they did not have the correct amount. Acted like I would not pay and my credit score was 830.

Outpatient Care Center charged my insurance 7,554.00 and billed me 1,538.83 and I was not even treated. DID NOT HAVE ANY SURGERY. It has been TROUBLE to dispute this, employee Mary assured me it was resolved- matter was handled, confirmation- rest assured; meanwhile, it wasn't at all. I'm suppose to call and speak with the supervisor, Kimberly, in 5 days. Then, resolution- I hope! Why was none of this resolved already??? I've been disputing this for a year now. Where ya at, Mary?? This is absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lady at front desk doing registration messed up so bad, extremely RUDE, and end result of her poor excuse of doing her job, my husband has to reschedule his surgery. We will be asking surgeon for different facility. Entire front staff rude and useless

I had an outstanding experience at this facility 8/17/23. Dr. Mark Rogers performed a knee scope on me in a very professional manner. The staff was outstanding. The one that stuck out the most to me was my recovery nurse Tina. Her kindness and gentleness in my care from beginning to the end was simply amazing. Thank you again to everyone for your services.
