Do not go to Grayson & associates unless you wanted to be treated horribly and not listen to. Even put down. I currently see a psychologist who used to work for them and told me how crazy he was. Please find someone.

This office didn't handle me with care or concern after going for over a year after losing my son. They are very incompetent.

I have received good medical service from Grayson & Associates. A few years ago the non-medical staff were rude and always seemed bored and would greet you in a manner that made you feel unwelcomed. But changes must have been made, probably due to reviews and complaints, and now they are friendly, smiling, and welcoming. The medical staff are the best I've ever dealt!! No names here but I sincerely thank those that take care of me!! God Bless you!!

Terrible patient service after 1 day of leaving voice mails I was informed they give themselves 48 hours to return phone messages. Go somewhere else.

Terrible. I recently had an issue where Grayson didnt even correctly file my insurance and tried to send me an erroneous bill. Fast forward to today, and an apparent balance from last December (which I was never made aware of even existed) was sent to a collection agency from 7 months ago. I was never billed, contacted or made aware of this until now, and its not even a correct balance!!! Enter at your own risk.
