never can get anyone on the phone. majority of employees are punching a time clock and do not care for veterans. Pathetic excuse for human beings.

Our journey within this WONDERFUL medical center has been nothing but AMAZING each and every time! The respect, attentiveness, knowledge, and compassion from ALL we have been blessed to encounter has blown us away. It speaks volumes of the integrity of this Healthcare Team. From the shuttle drivers to the information desk, we are always greeted with a smile and genuine willingness to point us in the right direction. And the entire medical staff (no matter which department we are visiting) is STELLAR! We cant forget the enrollment department, cashier agents, and pharmacy for their vital roles as well. Thank you all for demonstrating kindness and understanding in various forms and gestures. To put it simply we felt RECOGNIZED!

I returned a call that I had missed and feel they were very unprofessional as I was sent to what the lady on the other end referred to as a building outside and she wondered how I got to her number in the first place, which was not as important in my mind as what I needed to have called about. Very unprofessional in my opinion and no way to treat a 20-year military veteran.
