Im sure the actual medical care is great. But the customer service is completely unprofessional. The front desk staff is short and rude with you. No one does anything in a timely manner, making you wait hours after your appointment time to get anything done. No one can address your concerns about waiting so long. You need to take an entire day off work just to come here.

The tech who took our vitals, our nurse, the CRNA, the NP and our doctor were so kind and talked us through each step and took care of my daughter like their own.
The only reason why I can not give 5 stars is because the front desk secretary in the outpatient surgery desk was very short and rude with us. Did not even look us in our eyes when she spoke to us.

My nephew is a patient that sees a doctor here. Everyone here has always been nice. The decor is cute and kid friendly.
