Heritage Lawn and Tree Care

I do not think I have written many Google reviews but my experience compelled me to write this: Do not send a message through the website. Cancelled service on May 25, 2023 through message system on website Service was provided on July 3rd. Sent message through website again regarding service I had cancelled in May on July 7th, 2023 Left phone message with company the following week regarding same issue.-Did not hear back. Called again the end of the week, received an answer & was told my messages were not received. Mailed a letter asking for my money back for the service I had cancelled Received a call that it was not their fault my message was not received and that writing a refund was too much trouble. I was told something like $45 is not that much as if it should not matter to me. Service: Lawn care

I have been using Heritage Lawn and Tree Care for 8 years and they do an outstanding job. My lawn is much better looking than it was before and there is not a single weed anywhere in my yard. I can't recommend them enough. Service: Lawn care
