        This internet is horrible no service. They do not give you your 200 dollar gift card that was promised. And the service is slow and they dont do what they tell you they will do. They took money out of my account and I dont do auto pay I dont authorize auto pay. And I was supposed to get a refund and was told 24 to 72 hours this was Friday 1/12/24 and it is now Wednesday 1/17/24 I dont recommend them at all

        Came out to install new customer in neighborhood. Disconnected my internet by mistake. On phone for over hour, just to be told it would be 4 days till someone could come out to fix. Im done!

        This is the worst Internet company. They keep disconnecting my line to hook up new customers. I lose Internet for days at a time when this happens. Why is this happening? Cant you people get it straight who is hooked up to what space in the main box?
