I was very please with how informative Jud Bennet was. He made feel like part of the family. He is very polite and explained everything very well. I felt very important as we spoke. He answered all my questions. I am so thankful that he was able to help me on the phone with Progressive ins. to cancel my policy with them. I worked with Connor Hilley, and he was nothing shy of fabulous! Organized and informative, he was able to craft a proposal to surpass my current coverage at a very competitive rate! He was extremely nice and tolerant of my incessant questions and was patient and flexible in working around my schedule so that I was completely satisfied before making the jump from one agency to another. My experience with the agent I spoke with on the phone was amazing. He was very thorough and made sure I had a great understanding for everything he was telling me. I was able to provide him my budget as a single mom and he worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the payment. Definitely 5-star service.
