        Everytime I call there seems to be an issue with the computers or Brian Bozeman is out of the office. Finally called the 800 number and got someone to help me!

        IF YOU USE THIS OFFICE DO NOT USE BRIAN BOZEMAN! I CALLED TO FIND OUT A DATE, ONLY A DATE, THAT I NEEDED TO PAY MY PAYMENT BY AND I AM THE PAYOR ON THE POLICY AND HE SAID HE COULDN'T GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION! I CALLED HIS DISTRICT MANAGER AND WAS TOLD HE MADE A MISTAKE SO WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO BRIAN AGAIN HE STILL SAID HE WAS RIGHT AND COULD NOT GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION UNLESS MY HUSBAND CALLED! I AM THE PAYOR ON THE ACCOUNT BUT HE CAN'T TELL ME WHEN A PAYMENT IS DUE??!!
