I do not know where to start, I never leave reviews, but had to in this case. I have been so impressed and blessed by Brianna Jaudon and Alfa insurance. For several years I had State Farm, and after several horrible experiences, I finally decided to make the change. Brianna took the time to thoroughly explain my options and she was so patient with all of my questions and dragging my feet. Less than two months ago we finally made the switch, and two weeks ago a tree fell through our house. I called Brianna on a Sunday, she answered and went right to work. I had no idea an insurance agent could provide this kind of service. Within a couple of hours the contractor she recommended was at the house. We barely lifted a finger through the entire process. They had the tree removed within 24 hours and an amazing claims adjuster, William Teal, was immediately in touch and the claim was approved within three days. I was completely blown away. Brianna was in touch and handling the details every step of the way. I had no idea an insurance agent or company could actually be on the client's side. I honestly had no idea people like this still existed. If you are on the fence, make the move to change to Alfa ASAP. If we had not, I know I would still be going rounds with State Farm.
