        When shopping for Renters Insurance Liberty Mutual Corporate couldn't approve it because of the location being close to water, but they did put my in touch with Todd. Todd called me in a matter of minutes and being familiar with the location was able to get me approved at half the cost the apartment complex wanted me to use! Yay Todd! Thank you so much for your help!
