Horrible experience. I called about a clogged kitchen sink and had a 1430 appointment scheduled for Friday. I called 30-45 minutes after the appointment because the repairman had not shown up or called. He ended up being over 3 hours late. He spent a little over an hour snaking and plunging the sink (both things that I told him I had been doing repeatedly the last 24-48 hours). He didnt have anything fixed, charged $175 and we scheduled another appointment for Sunday at 0700. This time he was over 4 hours late. He spent the first hour and a half doing the exact same two things he did on Friday that didnt work. He then needlessly cut the pipe under the sink that he had already disconnected in order to snake it and had to go get materials to repair it. He was gone for an hour. He repaired it after coming back and then went into the attic to try and snake the clog from another direction. He said he was going to use a drain bladder to try and clear the clog and would need a 100 hose, which I had and offered. He instead left again for well over an hour. He came back with a brand-new garden hose and bladder and had the clog cleared in about 15 minutes. I was charged another $750 because he was there for 5 hours. This job could have been completed in a fraction of the time, but I guess when youre charging by the hour, even the hours you arent actually at my home, you take your sweet time and try to look busy.
I cant speak to their other services, but if you have a plumbing issue, save your money, and sanity, and hire someone else.
