        Bedbugs full adult bugs, rude desk clerk and had hard time getting money back. Will be reporting to health department, and contacting a lawyer because if i get the bedbugs at home i will sue for the cost of reinvestment. Just nasty all together.

        First of all the tub in my room was horrible. Mold mildew and God knows whatever else that was lurking under the bath mat. This was not only one room but two rooms with the same issue. The front desk was very rude like it was my fault for the uncleanliness. I got my money back. And Ill never stay here again. I recommend that no one stays here. Just ridiculous! Its needs to be rated with zero stars. Im going to report them.( BBB)

        Make sure you get receipts if you give cash for deposit which is already high as is because they will take your money. They use written ledger which they can manipulate. When I asked for camera footage, they eventually gave me my money. Will not use them again only for that reason. I needed my money and they really stressed me out caling me a liar pretty much. But the proof is on the camera if you didn't erase. Then that would have been suspicious. They need better system for the benefit of the business and the consumer.
