Edit: Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars after my mother told me that they told her that the aide we had issues with has now been let go by the company.
My mother had a bad experience with the bath aide, so we informed them about this and told them she was not comfortable with anyone helping her bathe anymore. My mother has been contacted about a bath aide several times since then, making her upset each time. This isn't the only issues we've had. This hospice has done nothing but create additional stress for me and my mother, and that is obviously the last thing we need at this time.

Rude staff, they do not care about how they treat their patients. No progress was made at all.

Pro Health care is the best! I have used them before and Im using them again. They are caring and go out of their way to help me get back on my rRound Pam liner, and out of my power wheelchair!
