We hired an end of life caregiver. She showed up 1.5 hours late. Dressed completely unprofessional and acted in such a way as well. I called 3 times to see if she was coming, each time I was told she was 10 minutes away and she arrived 1.5 hours late from her start time. I was in true need of some help and felt completely uncomfortable leaving my mother in her care while I got a few hours of rest. So I canceled the service and have yet to hear anything back from someone in charge. I would never recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Try to use them 4 times,Twice didnt show or call, once hour late but billed for 4 hours

Multiple times no one showed up as scheduled, called office and was promised another caregiver would be assigned, 2 consecutive times, no one showed up. Called office, they were going to check with the assigned caregiver and call me back, no response. Communication is non-existent.

Awesome!!! Cant say enough good things about Visiting Angels. From the first visit Amanda was great during our assessment answering all the questions we had. She took the extra time out to make sure that the care for my grandma was going to be great. From the office staff to the caregivers everyone has been awesome. Thank you to everyone. We couldnt have asked for better company in looking for in home care.
