      Home buyer on Google

      image Unprofessional, cheap, and greedy. We offered to pay extra for a fence but he said he couldnt due to worries about the house appraising. However, the day AFTER he signed the contract for the house he decides to raise the price on the house $10k. So much for worrying about appraisal. And so much for a signed contract. This builder has zero integrity.
