Sales office at Parc at Lake Wilborn took FOREVER answering our questions. I had to follow up multiple times on almost every single request and essentially pester them into answering me (and to this day I still dont have the answer to some of my questions). Finally I stopped trying to email or text and had to physically drop by to get them to talk to me. As a result of those delays someone ended up coming in ahead of us and we lost the lot we'd fallen in love with. We had invested a TON of time doing due diligence and are extremely upset and angry at this result. Although the silver lining is that I surely dodged a bullet: if it was this bad before we even signed a contract, I can only imagine how terrible the customer service would be afterwards.

Ridgecrest Homes/Embridge Homes built a house for me, and now Embassy owns them in some shape or fashion. I contacted owners of Embassy to correct the many mistakes of Embridge and Ridgecrest but not her[: Built a house with these guys. Terrible quality, zero customer service, no accountability. tried to give them every opportunity to fix things. They did not complete the items that were spelled out in the closing documents. Decks were pulling away from the house, leaks in the roof, floors separating, boathouse was not built to code. I had to fix all of this on my own. Very expensive. I would absolutely not use them. They are also known as Embridge Homes, Ridgecrest Homes, and Embassy Homes.

Embassy Homes (aka Embridge) has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We reluctantly closed on our home with several items on a closing addendum for various reasons (covid supply chain issues, backordered products etc). We received assurances that Embridge would address all the punch list items in a timely manner but they quickly became unresponsive and uncooperative after closing. It became a full time job to beg, plead and cajole them to complete the items they legally agreed to at closing. It has now been 8 months and I have lost all faith that they will do anything. Buyer beware - this company is dishonest and unorganized. Build with them at your own risk!
